Why is Steven Wrong
Najee and Freirmuth
“But man have the Steelers committed to raising his stock to potential CMC levels” - Steven
My brother in Christ CMC levels? We’re starting off with a doozy, but I’m here for it. We don’t need to talk about TEs, they’re just big fellas and that’s about the end of it. But this Najee take? First of all, I’m not convinced that he’s right about that. Najee was pretty booty. However there are some good points brought up I think though I don’t actually know anything about offensive lines so I’m taking his word for it.
Flowers/Moore
You really thought there’s no way a neutral stock could be this high, yet here we are. I’ve ranked this take number 2 because I think these will be 2 of the most polarizing players for fantasy rankings this year. They are in incredibly similar situations where I feel they’ll be picked quite high due to being the go-to guys for their teams, or they’ll fall because that doesn’t mean they’ll have good seasons.
Saquon - wow I disagree but ok
Josh Allen - kinda crazy to say he can get better but hell yeah I can see it
Texans
I honestly couldn’t name any players on the Texans except for CJ Stroud and Will Anderson, so this was a welcome reminder that they have more than 2 players. This led to an interesting challenge I tried, could I name anybody else on the roster besides Metchie, Collins, and Pierce? My attempts were unretired JJ Watt, Brandin Cooks, and Matt Schaub. So no I can’t.
Chubb + Jets
These 2 takes are just normal reasonable takes. Boring. Aaron Rodgers is going to make the Jets better? Uh yeah, I sure hope he does. Chubb is going to be good in a contract year. Zzzzzzzzzzzz. Be better. Tell me that all of the Jets and Chubb join Rodgers’ cult. Otherwise who cares.
Etienne - literally explains why he’s in the wrong section
Miles Sanders - stop trying to make good Miles Sanders happen
Stop trying to make good Miles Sanders happen! It’s not going to happen!
Montgomery
This is a bad statement about the Lions kinda. It implies they can’t have 2 top 10 RBs. Therefore get fucked.
Anything About Defenses
This is fantasy football. We don’t care about preseason defense takes. They only exist to be picked up and dropped off like a street corner whore. Honk shoo. Next
Allgeier/Swift
Grouping these 2 together pisses me off because I think it’s inconsistent. Has Allgeier’s stock fallen? Absolutely, and so much so that even though it’s obvious it deserves a spot in the article. Has Swift’s fallen? Only if you compare to this time last year. I would say his stock hasn’t fallen that much since the draft. But if you compare Allgeier’s stock to what it was at last year, it’s roughly the same so therefore why are these two put together? I think Steven should put some thought into what he rights.
